"I spent a year here before relocating outside of the area. The apartments were the best value for the location. Central AC, large storage room, full size washer/ dryer, clean kitchen, and overall great size space. No complaints at all, loved being close to the downtown area. You can walk to all of the local restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues. There’s a nice Farmers Market right across the street during the warmer months of the year. Parking was never an issue, the street is quiet, and a dedicated maintenance manager was available for any help that was needed."

"The floor is in and it looks wonderful. David did a great job and finished even sooner than we had hoped. We have had many compliments from friends who have stopped by.

It is certainly nice to have management that takes the tenants' interests into consideration when changes are necessary.

Their current market price is competitive to other 2 bedrooms in the city since the units are so spacious, have a really nice front deck ,have so much storage (large storage unit in the apartment!),off street parking, noise and air tight new windows,W/D in unit, and bedrooms are both large. The layout of the apartment is amazing, perfect for a roommate situation, family w/child, or if you are just a couple who has guests because of the second full bathroom being located near the second bedroom. Location is perfect, it's right downtown and close to everything but on a quiet and cozy street. The property manager, owners and maintenance manager have always been very responsive. Very easy living!"
